ABOUT ME!
Hi there! I'm Julia Kelleway, a recent graduate of The Institute for American Musical Theatre two-year conservatory training program in New York City. There, I was able to expand on my extensive dance training in ballet, theatre jazz, tap, contemporary, modern, hip hop, and commercial styles! I had the privilege of learning from some incredible industry professionals during my training such as; Richard J. Hinds, Michaeljon Slinger, Lizz Picini, Cameron Adams, Lindsay Lancaster and more!
In addition to dance training, I have also extensively studied the art of acting for the theatre under Michael Minarik, the head of IAMT, and Film and Television acting from Colin Hanlon, Jimmy Ray Bennett, and Dee Roscioli. For voice, I have worked with Tonna Miller over the past two years to expand my vocal abilities to where they are today!
As a performer, I am extremely passionate about storytelling first and foremost, always trying to find the 'why?' behind any art that I create and/or perform. I am a passionate and driven human, thrilled to leap into the performance industry in all aspects!
